The City of Ottawa is going overboard on its promotion of cycling as a commuting mode.
Earlier this week CBC reported that Kitchissippi Councillor Jeff Leiper had purchased $3,700 worth of research from the lobby group Citizens For Safe Cycling.
Bulldog columnist Ron Benn suggested in a comment on Monday that Kitchissippi Councillor Jeff Leiper should release the report from the lobby group Citizens For Safe Cycling to the public.
The exaggeration here is to make a point, not that your agent would equate Citizens For Safe Cycling to the National Rifle Association.
