  1. Let me respond to two subjects from this audit:

    “Anticipated savings through a $79-million investment in ServiceOttawa
    were less than expected.” So, what exactly did we get for $79-million? And how much did we actually save?

    “Infrastructure Services should enhance the level of justification and analysis to support and assess sole source requests for professional engineering contracts.”

    Really? Mayor Jim Watson made an election promise to “Ban all sole sourcing at City Hall.”

  2. I will change my sign in name to Fed Up.

    I have had more than enough of the posturing from this mayor and, I am not stupid but I am most definitely fed up.
