    I LOVE private public partnerships. Something going wrong with a PPP is about as likely as a giant bag full of hydrogen gas and carrying dozens of people catching on fire and turning them into crispy critters. Erm… Never mind.

    PPPs are tricky things. I guess that’s a nice way of putting it.

    When a government does a PPP with a private company, that creates conflicts of interest in some ways.

    The classic is Lansdowne where the city is bending over backwards to favour its “partners” in releases and maybe even into the LeBreton negotiations.
