Is Mayor Jim Watson’s contest for kids to name the LRT trains cheesy?

How many photo-ops can this guy get?

    cheers

Ken, you devil. I clicked on Ottawa Topics to start a new topic – “Name those Trains”

    Your title works too.

I think that getting kids involved is kinda cute but I wanted to start a list of names from the grown-ups.

Let’s stick with his lairdship’s rules about not being too nasty or vulgar.

Let’s not stick with only 16 spaces.

    My first suggestions are:

    – Tea & Cakes Express
    – A (Grassy) Bridge Too Far
    – Trolley Dilemma
    – Choo Choo Debtor
    – Sinkhole Creator

I’ll be back with more, I hope your readers will come up with some truly appropriate names.

    skoal,
    Chaz

Here’s a few that have their basis in cultural references:
    – The Albatross
    – The Swan Song
