Wynne was there. Horwath was there.

Where oh where was the other guy? Perhaps at home running on a treadmill? Perhaps brewing up a batch of buck-a-beer?

He said he couldn’t attend because he supports the police but funny enough the police some-what understood why they were asked not to attend in uniform. Too bad our premiere doesn’t quite get it. He is a lot like Trump not understanding going down on the knee.

    Chaz:

Rather, what and where was Premier Ford not at?

It helps with these topics if you can answer these questions as you would tell a young reporter.

Who, What, When, Where, Why, How and How Much?

If the reader is unfamiliar with the news story in question, the reader is absolutely lost.

If you would add that info, I would very much appreciate it.

Just add it in a comment if you would.

    thx and cheers

Sorry there Ken, I wasn’t writing the story I was commenting on the story.

According to the news Mr. Ford had said he would not participate in the Toronto Pride Parade. The parade was held yesterday and he was apparently a man of his word.

Small correction: He’s not “Premier Ford” yet. I know it’s only a couple of days but let’s not rush it. It will be bad enough having to read that when it’s true.

    So I need clarity here.

Does this mean we can still call Ford doofuss for a few more days?

    cheers

You most definitely can continue to call him that. In fact, you may call him that for as long as he continues to earn the sobriquet which I anticipate will be long after Friday’s sun has set on Ontario.
I also authorize you to use any other names or descriptors that may apply although some, while valid, may not be suitable for publication. I know you’d have your red pencil out if some of us were to employ in our Bulldog posts and comments some of the terms that come to mind.
It will be a long four years of linguistic restraint.
