Send Condolences On Quebec City Tragedy


This is a release from the City of Ottawa:

Residents are invited to sign the City of Ottawa’s online Book of Condolences to honour the victims of the tragic shooting that took place at a Québec City mosque on January 29, 2017.

The messages, thoughts and prayers collected in the book will be delivered to the Centre Culturel Islamique de Québec.

The online book will be available to sign until Sunday, February 5 at 11:59 p.m.

On Monday, January 30, 2017, the Canadian flag at City Hall was lowered to half-mast in observance of this tragedy.
