Leiper, no doubt, is in favour of open, caring and inclusive government. So too is The Bulldog.
So if Leiper would send the research to The Bulldog, both this website and the councillor can work together to see that the lobbyist’s work is shared with the vast majority of people who are interested in local and municipal news in Ottawa and eastern Ontario.
That way, taxpayers will get some extra bang for their bucks that Leiper felt were important to spend to further information for cycling.
