Sounds GREAT in principle, however, planning is key. A program is not going to succeed because someone magics up a good idea. A lot of effort will be required for city hall to not mess this up. For example, at one time light rail in Ottawa probably sounded like a great idea and we all know how city hall bungled that project.
This Hub at the Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre is actually the second one to be approved in Ottawa. The first is going to be run by Somerset West Community Health Centre which is in the Somerset and Booth area.
