    Hopefully the city has kept one sprung shelter on the books as a home for The Gherkins, Ottawa’s entry in the North American Professional Pickle Ball League (NAPPBL).

    I noted that there’s no indication of whether the federal dollars that were tagged for the Sprung shelters will just roll over to other projects such as the refit of the downtown Y. Is that going to mean another wait while they re-apply for the funding to do different things with the money?
