    In the urban area of Ottawa, the zoning is at least N2 and N3. N2 will allow 6 units on an ordinary 50′ X 100′ lot, and in the order of 10 in N3 with maximum density of 220 units/ha (about 10 times what you see with a single house on that size lot today). On larger lots, N3 housing unit numbers can be much higher with vertical severances. All this with no parking minimum provided.
