Journalism Wasted On Love Island USA

“The five biggest moments of Love Island USA’s tumultuous season 7 finale.”

Headline from the Globe and Mail.

The craft has a shortage of good journalists these days as well as a diminishing number of outlets.

Even the big traditional U.S. networks are having difficulty making ends meet.

Yet the Globe and Mail finds resources to cover Love Island USA which is so sweet that after watching you have to floss.

And it’s American. Don’t we have enough U.S. influence on our culture? Then there’s the matter of tariffs …

If we must have Love Island USA, couldn’t we make it Canadian by doing a show … say … Love Island Medicine Hat?

It’s a different journalism world today and that Globe person who wrote the story could be doing more significant stuff.

    LOOOOOOL!!!
The ad preview was enough for me to decide to take my viewing pleasure elsewhere … my gosh, those lips were so enhanced the poor girl could hardly form a coherent sentence.
How this “show” is worthy of Globe & Mail print space is beyond me.
    Hard pass.
