The Floating Sauna: Welcome To Spattawa

RV guy below wonders what the rest of us might consider.

Where in the mandate of the National Capital Commission say they should be putting a floating sauna on the Ottawa River.

While the NCC is wasting time and money on Spattawa, perhaps the tall foreheads there might consider a Canadian Entertainment Hall of Fame in the ByWard Market area that would revitalize that failing neighbourhood. Pattern is after the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland and you’d have the most popular museum in the city.

Prime Minister Mark Carney wants to spend money in this period of economic dislocation. Maybe he could spend some of that cash in Spattawa.

Can’t Ottawa do something like this rather than a floating sauna. It could shake the town’s dull image.
