Tierney has had his difficulties with the definition of NIMBY and his fight against the east-end bridge has many of the characteristics of NIMBY.
So this photo is hard to understand.
That said, one would think that Tierney would be much more careful with his public pronouncements after his tossing of a safety cone recently caused much concern..
