Police Probe Suspicious East-End Death

The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) is investigating the death of a 21-year-old man in the 400 block of Meadow Park Place.

At approximately 8:13 a.m., officers arrived on scene and located the deceased man.

The death is currently being treated as criminally suspicious.

The victim’s name is not being released, pending autopsy results and next of kin notification.

Homicide Unit investigators would like to speak with anyone with information regarding this incident or who may have dashcam footage and was travelling on the Aviation Parkway between 7:00 p.m. on October 21st and 7:00 a.m. on October 22nd.

Investigators are also looking to speak with anyone who observed pedestrians on the Aviation Pathway in the area between Hemlock Road and Montreal Road during that time.
