Plante Addresses Developer Infill Issues

Rideau-Vanier Councillor Stéphanie Plante invites residents to take part in a public consultation on proposed improvements to how the City handles infill development impacts and construction related encroachment onto neighbouring properties.

These issues range from construction crews entering private yards without permission to developers ignoring Committee of Adjustment (COA) conditions and have been repeatedly raised by residents across Rideau-Vanier and other urban neighbourhoods.
