The Woodroffe Avenue project that you see in a city press release below was supposed to have been finished last fall after keeping Woodroffe closed all last summer. Now it will be closed again this summer because the project wasn’t finished last year.
Of course, the Woodroffe closure is located beside the construction of the Ottawa light-rail project which is two years late.
