As a long, tiring winter draws to a close, we are about to embrace the beginning of Pothole Season.

But before that starts, let’s have a chat about the whole issue of road and sidewalk repairs. We have had asphalt roads for more than a century – and winter has always been with us – but we have not yet developed a formula for asphalt that can deal with wear-and-tear resistance, seasonal changes and other effects.
