Margaret Trudeau Traces Her Personal Journey

Please join me at Perley Health’s Seniors and Veterans Active Living Centre for a moving and deeply personal talk with Margaret Trudeau as she shares her own mental health journey and her lifelong commitment to helping others understand, navigate and live well with mental illness.

This talk is free of charge and is open to anyone from the community interested in mental health awareness and advocacy and will take place on Monday, April 20, beginning at 1:30p.m. in Lupton Hall.

Light refreshments and snacks will be provided. Through her honesty, compassion and lived experience, Margaret Trudeau will explore:
