“The very cautious approach that Mark Sutcliffe is taking to the relationship with the province doesn’t seem to be yielding a lot of fruit. I don’t think that we are being as vocal as we need to be to ensure that Ottawa is getting the provincial help it needs to address issues across a whole broad range of issues. I think that we could afford to be more vocal and firmer in our communications with the province about what Ottawa needs.”
