Baird Letter Moves Sutcliffe To The Right

Hard to imagine what Mayor Mark Sutcliffe’s strategy was in releasing a far right-wing open letter of support from former federal Conservative cabinet minister John Baird.

What votes are available to Sutcliffe on the right? Candidate Alex Lawson is the speed on the outside of that part of the race and if former Ontario cabinet minister Lisa Macleod enters the vote, as looks likely, the right-wing will be crowded with candidates.
