Mike, the city does want everyone to use public transit. There is an O-Train station near Dow’s Lake, which is one end of the Tulip Festival. That precious few of the residents of Ottawa or tourists can get to an LRT station, due in part to the service level reductions that are a critical element of the New Way to Bus is a not so minor detail. It just isn’t reasonable for us to expect staff to think, let alone of everything.
