…In May, I reached out on social media to residents of College Ward to see how people feel about parks allowing drinking within our communities, as well as if there are any parks that residents would want to see permit drinking within their neighbourhoods.

I also reached out to the community associations within College Ward to hear if residents have identified any parks worth considering to allow drinking. As I haven’t received any requests for specific parks to be considered within College Ward to permit drinking as part of this permit, I do not plan to select any parks in College Ward to be a part of this pilot for 2025.
