As The Bulldog suspected, the late Friday release of the biggest day in Mayor Mark Sutcliffe’s four-year reign is announced and the conventional media didn’t cover it.

Dropping a press release late on Friday of a long weekend is a time-honoured political tradition that avoids media coverage. It’s called putting out the trash. And it worked … see below.
