This is a reminder that O-Train Line 1 service will be temporarily adjusted on Saturday, August 16, and Sunday, August 17, to allow for ongoing Stage 2 East Extension integration activities.

For customers this means that on August 16 and 17:

  • O-Train service will only operate from Tunney’s Pasture to Tremblay stations.
  • R1 bus service will operate between Hurdman and Blair stations.
  • In addition to R1, shuttle bus service will run between St-Laurent and Cyrville stations.

This is a release from the City of Ottawa:

OC Transpo staff will be at key locations to support customers during their trips. Customers are being notified through social media, text messages, and alerts on octranspo.com. Customers are encouraged to use the Travel Planner or Transit app to plan their trips.

We appreciate the inconvenience this service adjustment may cause to customers and thank them for their patience while we continue to work to complete the East Extension.
