Police Declare Death Homicide

The death of 21-year-old Joshua QIYUK, who was located deceased on October 22nd on Meadow Park Place, has been determined to be a homicide as the result of a stabbing.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact the Homicide Unit at 613-236-1222 ext. 5493.
