Police Investigate Stabbing Death

The Ottawa Police Service Homicide Unit is investigating the stabbing death of 21-year-old Raphael Atende that occurred shortly after midnight on Saturday October 18th in the 1700 block of Russell Road.

This is the fifteenth murder in Ottawa this year.
