Public Help Needed In Bank Robbery Investigation

The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) is seeking the public’s assistance in an investigation resulting from a bank robbery on October 14th.

At approximately 9:49 a.m., officers responded to a call about a robbery in progress at a financial institution in the 1-100 block of Main Street near Hawthorne Avenue.

The Robbery Unit is asking for anyone with dash-cam video in and around the area of Lees Avenue, Hawthorne Avenue and Main Street between 8: 30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Video footage can be uploaded here.
