Thanks for this, Bulldog. Three minutes of well-constructed video revealed more than the auditor general could in a 500-page report no one would read. And, as always, the city chose the lowest bid which ultimately leads to the highest overall cost in the long run. This video will ultimately end up in front of the feds and Doug Ford. If Mark Sutcliffe is smart he’ll change the name of his “Fairness Campaign” to the “We’re Really Sorry for being so Stupid Campaign”. Ignore the “it’s not my fault section” because Sutcliffe knew what he was getting into when he signed up to become mayor of Ottawa. Maybe, maybe . . . . Doug Ford will float him $100K or so for changing his tune and Mr. Sutcliffe can in turn put that amount towards the $36M he isn’t going to receive from anyone sane. By the way, it was nice to see and hear Diane Deans again.
