Charter Named AGM At OC Transpo

The purpose of this memo is to inform the Mayor and Members of Council that Troy Charter has assumed the role of Associate General Manager (AGM) of Transit Services.

As AGM, Troy will continue to support the department during this period of significant  transformation by taking on several key responsibilities that are essential to the effective management and strategic planning of the City’s transit services. Ensuring strong and stable  leadership during this time is of paramount importance—particularly as the OC Transpo team continues to advance major city-wide transformational projects, while working to safely restore full  capacity on Line 1 and grow the City’s zero-emission bus fleet.
