College Councillor Laine Johnson needs to understand the First Rule of Problem Solving: leave your emotions at the door.

After 5,800 Nepean basements were flooded following the July 1 downpour, Johnson posted a notice telling constituents she, along with fellow councillors Theresa Kavanagh and Sean Devine, would bring this matter to city council’s attention to seek help and determine future plans.
