My wife and I have entered the throes of downsizing our world, preparing for our last big move.

This past week an old piece of paper, hidden under some other things, surfaced in our home office. The page contained a quote from Peter Drucker, an Austrian-American management guru and author, with words of wisdom that should benefit all residents of Ottawa when it comes time to choose our next mayor, the person responsible for leading city council.
