The City of Ottawa has never seen an NDA it didn’t want to sign.

It would conjure an NDA to open a can of worms if it could. Come to think of it, maybe it can. Look for a worm-can opening  NDA coming soon to a neighbourhood near you.

Why? Because city staff and politicians hate controversy. Nothing worse than controversy and debate. Why it makes staff’s life uneasy which in turn makes politicians’ lives uneasy which makes staff’s life uneasy …. It goes on and on.
