Matt Luloff Should Resign

The public knows that driving while impaired is dangerous. It’s not a secret. Public service messages pound the message home. The city police RIDE program reinforces it.

Orléans East-Cumberland Councillor Matthew Luloff understands that driving while impaired means taking an unnecessary risk that puts others’ well-being in jeopardy. Luloff is fortunate that another driver noticed him swerving on the road and called police. Fortunate you say? Some would say bad luck. Not so. Luloff is lucky he didn’t hurt anyone.
