Mayor’s Bilingual Messages Need Work: CRERAR

While I am conversant in English and French, I am not fluently bilingual. Nevertheless, my bilingualism causes anxiety watching Mayor Mark Sutcliffe’s videos.

Particularly concerning are the ones in which he switches his monologue back and forth between French and English in an attempt to make everyone happy.
