More Basement Flooding? Thank City Hall: BENN

Wishing away reality does not change reality. That Ottawa City Hall chooses to ignore this is the problem.

On July 1 the west end of the city received what has been reported as near record rainfall. About one per cent of the number of households in Ottawa have reported flood damage. Really more like two per cent, given that about half the households in Ottawa are apartments.
