Mayoral candidate Neil Saravanamuttoo wants to make every city invoice available to the public.

That seems like a tonne of paperwork and who will go through all this to discover the exact cost of the bench in question that the candidate uses as an example in his video below. Most likely nobody will probe this from the public but the paperwork and labour would be at a substantial cost to the taxpayer.
