I am wondering if for example the “Tube” or The “El” or the MTA or MARTA have this type of maintenance disruptions. Tube…London, El…Chicago.. MTA Boston…MARTA ..Atlanta.

    Bruce,

I’d like to see the comparison with Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver as well.

    Just saw this bit:

“This required work will contribute to the overall reliability of the O-Train Line 1 system.”

Only “contribute”, not “ensure”? How many days of closure would it take to actually make the system reliable? What is their actual goal as far as “reliability” – how do they define it?

I ask because I know for sure they don’t use the same dictionary as I do for most words in their vocabulary.
