One respondent recently asked if anyone has asked what the impact on society would be if rats were removed entirely. Certainly there must be a bit of yin and yang involved here. Based on the track record of Ottawa city council I’d like to know who did the impact analysis and what has been discovered; the real truth, not the LRT tell-’em-what-we-want-to-tell-’em-truth.
