    “That’s not the way the world works” but that’s how it works when the Feds give money to the provinces for health care.
    We need a real, adult discussion about flows of funds from one level of government to another.
    I’m also skeptical about the Mayor’s cries about “fairness” but Mike’s statement that Doug Ford has given more to municipalities than any other Premier (when Ontario is by far the biggest, richest province) is less than convincing.
    Let’s step back and have a measured calm discussion. I will try to not beat the drum for my political choices if others would do the same.
