Potholes, cracks, crumbling hard surfaces. All the more apparent with the arrival of spring.

The reasons are many, but most track back to a common cause. Poor quality of materials and workmanship at the time of construction. Even more of a problem when it comes to the repairs.

Inadequate subsurface preparation for hard surface applications creates difficulties, almost immediately.
