This is getting tiresome.
Alstom says the cotter pin on the wheel nut will keep it from shearing. They also say that the rails installed are of poor quality.
This stuff about root causes is more about who pays!
Just so you know…we all do.
Let’s pull the plug now while the bill is at a mere $6.4B. Ken Gray can write a book detailing the mess and make a few bucks, Mike Patton can move from 60 second videos to a 90 minute documentary (black comedy perhaps?) and make a few bucks, and I’m sure others can come up with some creative ideas to make some retirement pocket change off the LRT fiasco.
