The truth is that no one has any real clue how Neil Saravanamuttoo as a mayoral candidate is playing or could play in Councilor David Hill’s Barrhaven West ward or in Councilor Laura Dudas’s Orléans West – Innes ward or in his home turf of Councilor Shawn Menard’s Capital ward.
