Sean Devine’s Follow-Up Questions On Tewin
These are Knoxdale-Merivale Councillor Sean Devine’s very good follow-up questions to the bombshell statements arising from Capital Councillor Shawn Menard’s revelations.
They are from Thursday’s planning committee meeting:

Two issues:
1. Council should not ask permission for any document. They are responsible to oversee staff, and therefore direct staff to produce documents.
2. The situation is illegal. There should be an emergency council meeting with outside legal advice (city legal is who got us into this) and put a stop to this.

Illegal is for the judge to decide. Should be phrased another way.
