Focus On Transit Fix, Not Refunds: GRAY

The point of transit is getting there on time.

This has been a challenge for OC Transpo because of bus-route cuts and a lemon of an O-Train.

Yes paying for something that doesn’t work is annoying but getting to a destination, such as work, is more important than the fare. How many times can you tell your boss that transit didn’t work … again … and that’s why you’re late … again. It’s not the employer’s job to get you to work … it’s your job. And the train didn’t show is as annoying for the boss as the dog ate my homework.
