Above is the time elapsed since city auditor general Nathalie Gougeon committed to conducting audits into areas that were outside the mandate of the provincial LRT inquiry.

Gougeon also promised to do an audit into the very controversial Trillium Line procurement, the issue that has raised very serious ethical questions about that process.

The winning bidder failed the technical specifications for the Trillium Line twice. Gougeon put the audit on her work plan almost immediately when she was able to after the inquiry, then let it slip down the priorities until it fell off her work plan altogether.
