Flood Waters High Enough To Close Chaudiere Bridge

Perhaps this is just the cynic coming through, but I look at this photo and that’s the same level at the Chaudiere Bridge as during the 2019 flood.

The city was late coming out of the blocks on the threat of flooding and has continued to downplay the risk of major damage.

But that bridge photo doesn’t lie.
