Mr Patton. I think we need a new bandwagon to jump on. We’ve all had fun on the “let’s beat up the mayor and councillors” hay ride (I know I have). I think we should call the newest ride the “beat up the new city manager bandwagon”, it is, after all, her job to ensure that project managers working on behalf of the city are competent
