    That’s it OCTranspo. . . pack em into an undersized station, and make them wait together for two trains to pass before they can get on. Maybe you thought it will right itself with fewer riders after this crowd spreads the fall COVID variant?

    Is there a crowd on the uOttawa platform because:
    > the LRT is running at half capacity;
    > the LRT is running late; or
    > all of the above?
