    And who’s surveying the coyotes? It seems to me that, to use an expression, they have skin in the game. Maybe a lot more than skin, in fact. Is anyone consulting them about people moving in and taking over their territory for their own purposes?

    The city can’t manage to fill potholes, so how can they manage human-coyote interactions.

    A second survey is being launched? Does that mean they didn’t get the answers they were looking for?

    You certainly know the value of surveys at city hall.

    I’m guessing the results of the survey of coyotes would be they didn’t like being surveyed.
