City Hall Can’t Juggle Anything: THE VOTER

City council and staff don’t really want money to operate in a more competent manner.

They actually need more money so they can cover up their incompetence and do more patchwork repairs to all the systems that are in chaos now. Being incompetent is an expensive venture and it costs lots of money to keep replacing the balls they’re dropping. They could just pick up the old ones or try to learn how to juggle properly but it’s more fun to focus on the top of the ellipse that the balls follow than to figure out how to move your hands and how many balls you can handle.

They don’t want to know that juggling isn’t their forte. They like it and people are fascinated watching it. They can’t stop now.

The Voter is a respected community activist and long-time Bulldog commenter who prefers to keep her identity private.
